For clients based in the United States, ACH transfers are accepted for invoices and retainers.

Payment details or secure payment links are shared after confirmation of scope and invoice issuance.

Payment structure depends on the type of engagement. Below is how most projects are handled:

Project-Based Work

• Scope and deliverables are agreed upon in advance
• An invoice is issued after the project finishes

Monthly Retainers

• Invoices are issued on a monthly or two-weeks basis
• Covers ongoing development, maintenance, or agency support
• Ideal for long-term partnerships and multiple projects

Urgent or Priority Work

• May require prepaid hours or immediate payment, if agreed on advance
• Used for time-sensitive fixes, emergency support, or short deadlines

Agency Partnerships

• Monthly or two-weeks consolidated invoices
• Flexible structure based on volume and type of work
• Designed to support multiple client websites efficiently

Invoices and Currency

• All invoices are issued digitally
• Default billing currency: USD
• Invoices include a clear description of services provided
• Payment terms are agreed in advance

If a different billing setup is required, it can be discussed during onboarding.
